As the vortex opens in an alley, by the Chandler, the sliders land in garbage "well I really can't blame the professor for being mad the last time he landed in the trash and we laughed at him." Remmy spoke. Quinn helped Laura up, while Jacob got up, taking a banana peal off his shirt, and then they head inside for a room. Another vortex opens tossing Logan out, but this time, she landed in the dumpster "I finally tracked the sliders, now all I have to do, is steal the timer, and I can destroy Mallory for good." So she decides to enter, also getting a room. At the desk, Quinn pays Gomez Calhoun "didn't you work for the Dominion hotel?" Quinn asks "uh, yes I did, but I was fired after the Cryin Man came to town and now he's here." Gomez spoke. Quinn walked up the stairs to join the others. "excuse me, but what room do they have?" asks Logan "I'm sorry, I can't give out that information" "no, you don't understand I'm Quinn Mallory's wife, the man that just entered, I flew in, lost my luggage, and now I can't get a hotel room!" Gina spoke "well I'm back to visit family" "oh thats nice, I'm staying here for 2 days, and I'm leaving, well maybe we can meet up for dinner or something, bye" Gina says while Laura heads back to the table "so who was that?" Jacob asks "she was a friend from my world, she died during the 'magg war on my world." Quinn decides to return to the room to sleep. When he see's a famliar face, its Logan, but could be her double, he thought, and when Logan looked at Quinn, she smiled, while entering the room. Quinn walks in, when he see's the timer on the table, he feels its time to go back home, to advance the timer in any way, while looking for his friends, and to talk with his mom, so after entering earth prime coordinates, into the timer, he lays on the couch, falling asleep. In the bar, Laura and Jacob sit drinking beer's while Remmy is talking with a woman "Laura, I really feel that its time, that I told you that I want to be with you." The power in the hotel goes out, and when Quinn awakes realizing the power is out, he see's someone in the room, but when he tries to attack the person, he is hit with a lamp, and goes unconscious. Remmy returns to the room to see Quinn, and then after waking up, the timer is gone. They head to the desk to report the stolen item, but the power goes out again, and quickly turns back on. Quinn see's Laura entering the hotel, crying, so he heads over to her and wants to know what is wrong, and she tells him, that she is homesick, but Quinn doesn't believe it and soon Jacob appears "Laura I'm sorry for what I did....." "what did you do to her?" asks Quinn "we kissed" said Laura "I just wanted to tell what my feelings are for her, that's it, but I apoligize for what I've done" spoke Jacob. As Remmy walks to the room, and soon see's Logan coming from their room "hey, what are you doing?!" "well if it isn't a slider, I'm on to you all, don't stick your face where it is, or your dead!" then Logan ran into her room, while Remmy went to find the others. In the lobby, Remmy finds them "guys, we have a problem, Logan is here, she was in our room. I think she has the timer" "so you know Logan St. Claire too." spoke Quinn "what does she want with us?" asks Jacob "we met her 2 years ago, she wants world domination, and she tried killing us, but she has been sliding from world to world, and since she may have the timer, we must figure out a plan." The power goes out again, and they soon see 4 people going to the desk saying they lost their personal belongings.

With only a few hours until the slide, the group decided to split up to find the timer, but just as luck was about to run out, Quinn had found a door to an underground passage, so he finds the others and they all enter the room, and soon they all enter the room, and soon find more than just a few items missing, thousands of jewels, watch's, and more expensive things. Jacob is about to start looking for the timer, when the theif appears. The mask is taken off "Gina?" Laura spoke "ya I took your timer." "where is it?" Quinn asks, but a gun shot is heard, the theif falls into the bottomless pit. Logan appears as she walks into the light "its right here, I just needed it to borrow, but now that I have your home coordinates transfered into my timer, I can slide in, contact kromaggs and soon they can rule your world, because after I was captured, I offered them a deal, I would find you, and lead them to earth prime, now they can rule." "you bitch!" screamed Jacob "by the way, now that your timer is scrambled, you can't slide home, so now you all will travel between worlds aimlessly." the timer is tossed back to them, and Logan activates her timer, above the pit, sliding out. Jacob is about to jump into the vortex until Quinn pulls him back from falling in. "no wonder she's evil, my group lost Colin to her double, after we first met" Remmy states.
