Quinn had an idea, to split up and find a place to hide until the slide and a way into the prison and also find Malcolm, so Quinn and Remmy went in one direction, while Maggie and Colin headed in another. "I can't believe these things even exist, I never saw these kromagg's before" Colin said, as he saw a manta ship flying by, and Maggie told him "It's going to get worse if all of my people die, because in a way, I should be in there being tortured with Steven". Colin had stopped her and asked who Steven was, and she told him "That was my husband, you see, this wasn't my original world, because several months ago, my world was destroyed by pulsars, and my commanding officer, Colonel Rickman murdered him, as well as the professor that was with Quinn and Remmy when they landed from the vortex. They also had another woman named Wade, but kromaggs captured her, and were trying to find Quinn's world". Colin was stunned by how much Maggie knew, but then 4 kromagg officers caught them, and then taken to the prison inside the camp with her own people.

Quinn and Remmy finally found a place for them near the camp, but saw their friends being taken away, and knew they would have to rescue them. As the sun was setting, Maggie and Colin were sitting in a prison cell, then Maggie saw Malcolm in a corner, and she knew he would remember her, but when she went to him, Malcolm was crying and she tapped him on his shoulder, and he knew her, and knew Remmy was here. Maggie asked him what happened, and he told her "It happened only 2 months ago, when they slid out of a vortex and we were hit fast, then we've been tortured ever since. Colin came over and Maggie introduced him to Malcolm, and Colin was much obliged. Outside, Quinn and Remmy were eating bugs, and Quinn told Remmy that when the T-Rex was chasing him and Maggie, last time they were here, they were eating worms for protein. Remmy asked Quinn that if they saved Malcolm if he could come with them for the slide, but Quinn told him how selfish he was, for not thinking of the other 150 people here.

In the prison, a kromagg guard entered and took Maggie and other women out, and they were taken to a room, and Maggie recognized Gretchen from the past slide, and she went over and Gretchen was glad to see Maggie, and she told Gretchen Malcolm was fine, and he was in a cell with her friend. Then the high commander came in, and he told the women, he would choose 10 women to be impregnated by him, and luckily Gretchen wasn't picked but Maggie was. As the next morning came, Quinn and Remmy got in the prison, and Colin saw them, and when they had eye contact, Remmy attacked a guard, and then slit his throat and took his gun. They got a key, and Quinn got inside and Colin Malcolm, and 35 others escaped the prison, but Maggie was still locked in there. Lt. Carter told Quinn that they had a supply of weapons in a safe area hidden, so they all headed there. Malcolm seemed mad about the attack from the kromaggs by Remmys view of him, and knew this would affect him forever.

Back in the camp, Maggie sat in a prison cell, and Gretchen talked to her, "Cpt. Beckett, I should tell you, that awhile back, someone slid here, and it was your husband, Steven Jenson, and he told us, that he had met the kromaggs on a world, and gave us a weapon to defeat them, but we couldn't get it, because they hit us fast and hard", then Maggie realized that if the others could get the weapon, they could destroy the 'maggs. Back in a cave, several officers were loading up, and Lt. Carter gave Quinn, Colin, and Remmy the weapon to fight the kromaggs, and Quinn was relieved to find a weapon, so they all headed back to the camp, and all 39 of them attacked the prison, and the sliders began to fire the weapon, and instantely, the kromaggs vaporized. Soon after the kromaggs had died, and Maggie was relieved to see the others and not to have gotten impregnated by a 'magg.

By the next day, everyone was glad to see the kromaggs gone, and everyone was working hard to prepare for another fight with the kromaggs if they ever come back, and Remmy talked with Malcolm and telling him, that Gretchen has agreed to let him go with them if he wanted to, but Malcolm told Remmy that he needed to stay here, and then Remmy hugged him, and then as the hours were up, Maggie opened the vortex, and they slid out, with Remmy hoping Malcolm would go on with his life.
